Therapy Services and Specialties

  • Healing from complex trauma (CPTSD) or post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) often requires a compassionate, multi-layered approach. I work with clients to process past experiences that continue to impact daily life, relationships, and self-perception. Using trauma-informed practices, including EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic techniques, and evidence-based talk therapy. We focus on safety, regulation, and building resilience.

  • ADHD can impact focus, emotional regulation, self-esteem, and daily functioning at work and home. I support clients in understanding how their brain works while building realistic systems that actually fit their lives. Our work may include strategies for executive functioning, managing overwhelm, improving routines, and navigating relationships with more clarity and confidence.

  • Relationship challenges can stem from communication patterns, boundaries, attachment wounds, or unresolved past experiences. I support individuals in exploring how they show up in relationships and identifying patterns that may no longer serve them. Therapy provides a space to increase self-awareness, strengthen communication, and build healthier, more fulfilling connections.

  • Attachment patterns shape how we relate to others, manage emotions, and experience closeness and safety. I work with clients to explore how early relationships and past experiences influence current patterns in relationships, boundaries, and self-worth.

  • Anxiety can show up as constant worry, overthinking, physical tension, or feeling stuck in survival mode. I help clients understand what their anxiety is communicating while building tools to manage symptoms in daily life. Our work may include nervous system regulation, identifying thought patterns, setting boundaries, and developing coping strategies that feel realistic and sustainable.

Welcome! Life can feel overwhelming when your mind races or past experiences keep resurfacing. Together, we develop strategies to improve focus, regulate emotions, and process the past to help you feel empowered and in control of your life. I bring clinical experience grounded in individualized care, specializing in trauma, attachment, and navigating day to day at work and home with ADHD. My approach is compassionate, holistic, and honest.

I use interventions rooted in cognitive behavior therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, EMDR/somatic therapy, internal family systems, and motivational interviewing. I value transparency in my work and leaning on psychoeducation to empower you throughout our time together!

I believe it's important to utilize a person's values in recognizing their potential, and holding them accountable to their goals.
